Prior to joining the family business, she earned a degree in kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She spent three years working as a personal trainer before obtaining her real estate license—and embarking on her new path—in 2012.
One of the things that most attracted Renee to the industry is the opportunity it affords her to engage with her community. Along with her real estate work, she’s actively involved with local clubs. She’s both a member and sponsor of recreational and competitive soccer programs at the Toronto High Park Football Club.
Renee is also an avid volunteer who coaches with All Abilities at the Swansea Community Centre, a program designed to help children with disabilities develop their soccer skills.
Lastly, as part of her community involvement, she’s developed a rather unusual alter ego. Renee makes appearances in her panda costume to spread cheer during birthdays and holidays—and as part of a successful toy drive initiative!
